Welcome to the Everyday Light Warriors Podcast. This is a place where personal stories of spectacular people from all walks of life are shared. We unveil their, sometimes, emotional past, the challenges they have faced, and highlight the present victories and journeys of self-love, gratitude and life purpose. My name is Yenny Stromgren and your host. I started to interview people in 2015 when I was down and needed an energy boost, so you could say this is kind of a selfish podcast. The people I met up with were people that some of them had gone through an emotional past but just had that drive in them that no matter what happened in life they walked forward and strived through self-love and gratitude for everyday either working on their life purpose or trying to find their life path, their missing link. I started to focus interviewing them about their challenges, but as the show has moved on we now talk about the past, present and move on to focus on the future and what they have learned from the past. In this show, you will meet people from all walks of life such as musicians, healers, entrepreneurs, politicians, bloggers, artists, teachers, life coaches, comedians and so much more. We will dwell into topics about depression, anorexia, drug use, grief, suicide, men’s mental health, stage fright, eating disorders, lost love, to entrepreneurship, living in tiny houses, sustainable living, health, and well-being ,to finding your happiness.
